Refund Policy

Holarae Ltd provides digital SEO and marketing services that are bespoke and commence immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing our services, you expressly agree that:

  • Work begins immediately after payment (or shortly thereafter)
  • No refunds are available once work has commenced
  • This applies to both one-off services and subscriptions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Changes in search engine algorithms
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Failure to use the service
  • Change of mind

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights where they apply; however, Holarae Ltd operates primarily on a business-to-business basis, and consumer cancellation rights are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
