Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance
- Subscriptions automatically renew
- Billing frequency is shown at checkout
By purchasing, you authorise Holarae Ltd to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time before the next billing date
- Cancellation stops future charges only
- Services remain active until the end of the current billing period
No Refunds / No Proration
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- No refunds or credits for unused time
- Missed usage or dissatisfaction does not entitle you to a refund
Changes to Subscriptions
Holarae Ltd may:
- Update pricing (with reasonable notice)
- Modify service features
- Replace or discontinue plans
Changes apply at renewal unless required sooner for legal or operational reasons.
